Western Africa vaccinating children against polio. She’s been to Argentina with Habitat for Humanity and the Philippines on a Rotary kidney transplant team. Next up: Diane leads a group of teens to Tijuana for a spring break homebuilding effort. And she does it all on top of a demanding day job.
We extend condolences to family and friends on the loss of two community leaders: Don Woodward of Sunset Honda and Richard Macedo, who was former Supervisor Shirley Bianchi’s longtime aide. Both fought long and hard; Don with ALS and Richard with cancer. They will be missed.
