This one is just too cool not to share. BCA’s Maggie Cox has a brother named George, whose father-in-law is the amazing 97-year-old Harry Fogle. Harry has entertained us at family dinners with stories of being a painter and maintenance worker on the Golden Gate and SF Bay Bridges in their waaaaay early days. The SF Chronicle found the story as amazing as we did and recently interviewed Harry. Check it out, but avoid the photos if you have a problem with heights.
