Hospice Partners has opened its Hope Chest thrift store at 445 Higuera St. , SLO, with 5,000 sf of higher-end clothing, shoes, furniture and household goods. Retired health care administrator Gill Blonsley is store manager, assisted by retail mavens Pam McKiernan and Vivian Levy.
